Description
Lamb’s breast is full of flavor when cooked slowly. It has a high bone and cartilage ratio and makes a rich broth with the extra fat poured off. The breast is cut in half, approximately 12 inches long and 7 inches wide. It is also available boneless. Goat breast may be available by request. 100% grass fed lamb meat.
