In France this shortbread-style biscuit is called Roudor because it?s round like a wheel (?roue?) and has a golden colour (?or?): roue + or = Roudor! It’s texture, different from Galete because more large and friable, is in the same time crunchy and very melt-in-the-mouth texture.
